Ok, everyone should be able to tell that these are not the best quality, being just a little silicone necklace, so be careful because the silicone can easily rip. That being said, the effect on the skin is actually pretty decent. I am a small woman and will have to buy a necklace extension because it BARELY fits on the very last chain and it’s tight. If I wear it as is, the place where the silicone connects to the metal chain will rip out. Also, it came very deformed from being shoved in to a small plastic bag. I had to lay mine down on the counter as best as I could and heat it up with my blowdryer just to get all the kinks out and get it to lay flat against the skin like it should. Fun little necklace, though!

I was not expecting great quality with a necklace like this, and I wasn’t pleasantly surprised, but wasn’t really disappointed either. It’s a fun Halloween piece of costume jewelry. The “blood” is cheap silicone/rubbery plastic. It has some stretch, and I gave it a few strong tugs without it snapping, but I see it being a potential. It is a very tight choker. It could definitely use a longer chain at the end for size adjustments, because it’s very tight and does indeed put the “choke” in “choker”. It’s a fun piece to wear to an event or two, but nothing spectacular. While the quality is cheap, so is the price so I think it is worth the money if you’re looking for a costume necklace like this. It’s fun and funny. Happy Halloween!
