   I’ve had every body pain you can think of so I rely heavily on supplements. For my joints, I took glucosamine and chondroitin for over 4 years. It helps somewhat but my pain is still there. Before I took that I was taking Super Cissus by USP Labs which did wonders. Since it was pretty pricey I decided to switch but it crossed my mind about a month ago so I wanted to start taking that again. However no matter where I went I couldn’t find it. I can’t find it in any stores, it’s not on Amazon, and I see it on shady looking websites that I don’t trust. I decided to do some research and realized the only ingredient in Super Cissus was 1600 mg of cissus quadrangularis so I decided to give this a try.

   After a month I am satisfied with this. It isn’t as good as Super Cissus but it’s a solid replacement. The main difference between the two is two pills of Super Cissus is 1600 mg while the Cissus Extract is only 1000mg. This doesn’t seem that big of a difference but I take 2 servings so Super Cissus was 3200mg while Cissus Extract is 2000 mg. I’m sure if I took 3 servings of Cissus Extract it would be just as good but that means it will last me about 18 days which isn’t worth it. Just taking 2000mg I do feel like it’s still more effective than glucosamine. I still have some pain and I know supplements isn’t going to cure this pain so I am satisfied with how much better my body feels. The only recommendation I would say is to up the dosage amount in two pills.

   I chose this product by reading reviews, and because it is very affordable compared to some of the others out there. I am now on my third bottle, and I will tell you that this stuff really works. I mostly bought it for weight management, but I have also noticed that my joints aren’t bothering me anymore. I only had minor joint aches but they were getting worse as I got older, and this seems to have slowed or even stopped that progress. As far as weight management goes, I take one in the morning before breakfast and one around 5 o’clock and it decreases my appetite substantially. I have read it has a gelatenous quality that expands in your stomach, so after I take it I don’t feel hungry at all, and I find that I eat less without really trying. There is no miracle to it other than that because frankly you have to eat less in order to lose weight! I still watch what I eat and eat tons of veggies, fruit, lean proteins and I watch the carbs, but this just makes it easier to eat reasonable portions. I have always eaten a healthy diet but just couldn’t lose that annoying 10 pounds that I had slowly gained in my 40’s. Once I started taking this product, I was able to slowly lose it over a period of a few months without suffering (!), and I’m now maintaining it. I was not discouraged by the fact that the weight-loss was slow, because I am in my early 50s so ANY progress is awesome, but also because when you lose it slowly it is so much easier to maintain that loss. When I stop taking it, it is harder to eat the smaller portions that I can eat (without much effort) while on it. I will emphasize again, that you can’t eat a terrible diet full of processed high calorie foods and sweets and expect to lose weight even while you’re taking this, but if you’re committed to a reasonably healthy diet, this stuff really helps, and that extra help made all the difference for me! Also if you are younger with a higher metabolism I would expect your results could be faster.

   I have been using CISSUS  EXTRACT – CISSUS QUADRANGULARIS for the past several weeks to help with my joint stiffness and pain…particularly my knees. I have to say I am quite pleased with the results.. I was recommended your product by a friend and I am thrilled with how it has minimized the aches in my knees and given me more mobility

   Excellent product. I had been suffering from tendonitis in my elbow and another condition called cubital tunnel syndrome for months. I had tried OTC things like Advil, with little relief. I saw my doctor and received a steroid injection in my elbow, and later a round of Prednisone, both of which only provided temporary relief. I remembered hearing guys at the gym talking about Cissus and gave this a try….after taking this product twice daily for several days, there was noticeable improvement. After a couple of weeks, the pain was completely gone. Highly recommend!

   Best Cissus on the market. I’ve tried many top brands and this has been the best. I noticed a huge decrease in inflammation, specially my knees where I have inflammation issues with. Also noticed a reduction in body fat while being on this product. I do a lot of training, sometimes twice a day, one of the best things I’ve noticed is the difference in recovery time.

   Price is on point. I’ll be ordering again.

   I am in tears writing this review. I have Sacroiliac disease and it is very painful lower back and hip joint pain. In other words I have arthritis in these areas. I have spent countless thousands of dollars treating this disease with medication, expensive procedures, physical therapy, chiropractor visits and shots. Results only lasted about a month each time. I recently had to stop because I could no longer afford it and I had been taking Tramadol for years along with what ever procedure the doctor recommended. I am being winged off of Tramadol and the process is horrible. I recently became very depressed and not able to work because the pain is so debilitating, but I refused to go in further debt filling the doctors pockets for treatments that didn’t work 100% and I never want to be on anymore prescription medications. I was suffering from night sweats and hot flashes so I started taking Black Cohosh. The brand I take is call Estroven and when I went to the store they only had Estroven + Weight mangement. I noticed that my depression went away and I had a since of well being and my pain went away so I looked at the ingredience on the box and it said Black Cohosh, which is for the hot flashes, and Cissus Quadrangularis. So I did some research and low and behold this was the ingredient that made me feel better and caused my pain to go away. I could not believe the long list of benefits that this has. So I did more research and found this brand with very high ratings and purchased a bottle. I take this and within 30 minutes my pain is gone 100%. I’ve never had results like this before. My mother recently visited me and she has suffered from bone on bone knee pain for years but has decided not to get a knee replacement so while she was here I gave her the supplement to try and she could not believe how good her knees felt and she wasn’t Ooching and Owing while getting up off the couch. I sent her home with half of my bottle and I ordered more for both her and myself. I will be taking this for the rest of my life and I canceled my appointment to get a epidural shot in my back. I did not want to do that but my doctor said that is the next thing to try. I have had several radio frequency ablations, cortisone shots and after a few epidural shots the next step was surgery with only a 70% pain reduction. No thank you! I will be using what God gave us for now on! I must add that I now sleep all night and I haven’t had that in a long time. I am focused and happy during the day. I have a future now. It is a miracle because I have not had hot flashes in years and I think God gave me those hot flashes so I would go to the store on the day that they only had Estroven with Cisuss quadrangularis. That’s how God works!

   We purchased a Cissus Quadrangularis Super Extract, 150 capsules…. for my father, in hopes of speeding along his broken heel injury, he is 72 and was injured 8 weeks before a holiday which would include his open water diving certification…

   This product showed no contraindications to any of his medical issues, and he is and has been on a super speedy recovery wheel …

   Verified with lab tests to increase my bone density to normal range. I took it for 6 months and it increased my bone density by 5%, and after 2 yrs, had another test and had no bone density issues at all. My friend took this and it increased his bone density by 10%. This is a perfectly natural way to increase your bone density if you’re a senior citizen.

    I was suffering from petellar tendinitis in my left knee, and have been unable to run for 8 weeks. Even staying away from running, I was showing little improvement with the recommended protocol of RICE. I tried heat as well, I tried stretching, and I have been doing eccentric squats on an incline as often suggested. No dice. I had stagnated in any recovery and was completely unable to run or even descend more than a few stairs or walk downhill through a parking lot without moderate pain.

    I read about Cissus in a years old thread on some bodybuilding site and the “bros” were raving about it.

    Why not? It’s cheap and on Amazon this product is rated five stars with a lot of reviews… hit buy it now and here I am a week later writing a review.

    THIS STUFF WORKS FOR PATELLAR TENDINITIS (is that is what you actually have, obviously correct diagnosis is critical).

    It’s worth noting that based on what I read, I felt confident doubling up the dose. I am using two caps twice a day on an empty stomach when I get up and before bed. I tried another cap in the middle of the day and it made me super drowsy (a possible known side effect). So I’m sticking with four caps a day split into two doses.

    I’m probably 90% now, a week in, and improving every day. Pain in day to day activity is completely gone. I rode the elliptical trainer today for 30 minutes, followed by 30 minutes walking up 10-15% incline on a treadmill, followed by 8 rounds on a heavy punching bag, followed by 3 sets of 15 eccentric squats. No pain!!! This stuff is amazing!

    I’m expecting I’ll be 100% and back running in a week or two.

    It’s worth noting that seemingly no one knows how it works, exactly what it works for (reports range from bone healing to cartilage to ligaments and tendons to being an anti inflammatory to reducing cortisol to being an anabolic to being a sleep aid to being a weight loss drug).

    Lol. All I know is it worked for me and thousands others. The research is extremely anecdotal, but I can’t believe big pharma hasn’t picked up on this in a big way or at least funded some real studies on it.

    Apparently it has been grown and used in Thailand for a zillion years for bone related healing.

    There seems to be some debate about using extracts vs not. And which one you want depends on what you’re trying to heal with it. That stuff is anecdotal on top of being anecdotal.

    I’d start here with this one, give it a few weeks and if it doesn’t work, try the usplabs website and buy theirs. It isn’t on Amazon.

    I use it as supplement for weight loss, in conjunction with irvingia (african mango) extract. On the second bottle; it seems to be working. It acts by suppressing appetite and absorption. I was impressed by the reviews I read of Double wood products and it seems to be living up to them.
