Got these bracelets as a gift and I was definitely impressed with the quality of them. They are so cute to wear, but also work great to help with wrist pain. They aren’t to heavy and the fact it is adjustable to fit different wrist sizes is nice! Sometimes the opening will get caught on things, but besides that its a great accessory to add.

I really wasn’t sure if this bracelet would do anything, and maybe it’s all in my head, but it does seem like I’m not as tired and I do sleep a little bit better. Some of my aches and pains are less-I do have arthritis in almost all my joints. I wear one bracelet on my left arm with my watch and another bracelet because it does bother me if it rides up my arm. My husband is trying the other bracelet to see if it helps him and then we may buy one for men, or he might just keep wearing that one!
The copper and design is really pretty and there are magnets on the inside that don’t really show or bother you. It’s easy to bend to fit and to put on and remove. I wear it all the time except in water.
