Schnell geliefert. Diese Mala habe ich mir ganz bewusst und gleichzeitig intuitiv ausgesucht. Die Bilder entsprechen der Mala die geliefert wurde. Nutze sie zumeist in meiner Mittagspause, da gehe ich 30 Minuten ums Gelände. Um auf andere Gedanken zu kommen, spreche ich dann ein Mantra (im Geiste oder laut) oder mehrere je nach länge des Mantras. Das hilft mir bei der Gedankenkontrolle!
