Although they smell like rotten cheese, these really help me fall asleep. Take two 30min before bed, and I can usually sleep about 4 hours straight without waking up.

I have been using this for years, and combined with the melatonin I take at night I get a good nights sleep. When I don’t have this product I can truly tell a difference in my sleep pattern, and surprisingly how my body feels.

I used to buy in store from another manufacturer, but their priced increased. So i decided to buy here. I thought valerian has that distinct smell. This one doesn’t have that “awful smell,” which means this is NOT potent. I’m still giving this product a chance by taking 2 a night. Not getting the best results. I’m just trying to use it rather than throwing :((
