   I have been taking chlorella for a long time now. I always have to take between 10 and 15 pills a day. This bottle is different.

   SIZE
   These are still very small sized pressed pills. They are not hard to swallow.

   DOSE
   Two pills a day is confusing to me. They are small. I know you can take more, of course, but it makes me wonder why this is two vs the higher requirements from other brands like Kyoto and several others I have used with good results.

   DO THEY WORK?
   At two pills a day I did not see the results I see with the other brands I use. I will look into this and explore higher doses with this brand.

   THE BOTTOM LINE
   This seems like a good chlorella supplement. I am just not sure why the dosage is so low compared to other brands with the same size pills.

   MY RATING
   FOUR STARS. There is nothing WRONG with these that I can tell but at two pills a day. Once I am done researching why the difference, I will try higher doses and update my review with any results of interest.

   I compared to NOW brand and I thought this would be a good replacement.
   Higher mg and same taste and organic.
   Everyone should have this in the pantry! Great for many issues and gives you extra green in your diet.

   Their customer service is very responsive to inquiries. I use a number of Carlyle products and have not been let down by the quality.
