Only giving it 1 star because it’s pretty. It does not adjust no matter how hard you try to close it or open. If you have small fingers like myself, it will not fit and fall off. The magnets are glued but it’s not discreet and you see a glob of glue on them in the inside. Quality should be better for this price. There is a link to an app for which you have to pay for the subscription. What is claimed and described of this product is not accurate.

I have been wearing this for just over a month and all I have notice is that when I wore it I had terrible headaches for a month, wearing 24 /7 . I took off and my headache went away. About a week later I put the ring on and guess what I got a massive headache. Honestly I dont think it does anything beneficial, save your money for a spa day instead. Plus the black paints chips so after a month of wearing the ring , it looks a bit rough.

I received the Calmi ring promptly. Put it on, it does not pinch, it looks great. Does it work? I’m really unsure if it does but I do like wearing it. I’ve had no issues with the size as my fingers do swell at times. The magnets seem sturdy and so far no issues unlike other reviews. Overall quite happy with the ring, I just can’t really say if it works for weight loss as it claims. However, I do feel less anxious lately but that could be just all in my head lol
