I believe it should be combined with diet and exercise and a lot of water bc there’s no magic pills out there

Spirulina is always in our home. It is much needed for people with a thyroid issue and for people who wish to detox. I buy this over and over again. I believe the quality is very good as I have a thyroid issue and it helps me deal with it. It is a good price and product.

Reviewing any type of supplement is always very subjective.
Spirulina is considered to be a good superfood. However, upon my further research, we have found that spirulina is now considered a B12 analogue. Which means the analogues in the spirulina can hinder B12 absorption. So, for that reason, we need to wait until we are not taking B12 supplements to start on the spirulina.
We have used many products from this seller and consider their products high quality.

I’ve seen BulkSupplements around a lot and also have a couple of their products. I also have heard many good things about Spirulina so I figured it’s finally time to try it when I saw them have it.
I am surprised by the dose (6 capsules per 1 serving!) and that this one “only” lasts for a month. So far most supplements I’ve gotten from this brand have lasted me for several months, which I prefer given it cuts down on waste. I generally prefer to buy bulk of products I know I use often, like I recently also got a 6 month supply of Vitamin D (from a different brand). The waste is bad enough, so the less the better. In that aspect, I was a little sad that this one is only for a month, but hey, it’s still worth a try.
Powder in the capsules looks nice and fresh, beautiful deep green. Easy to swallow because they’re not offensively large, and I actually swallow all 6 at once. Tip for people that might struggle: pretend-chew your pills (don’t break them) and it kind of tricks your body into swallowing easier I’ve found. Sometimes I can swallow a couple capsules at once without this trick, but whenever something in my body stops me from it I can get them all down right away like that.
Can’t vouch for health benefits, but I do like trying different things in my supplement regimen and diet so for that alone it was worth it for me. If you don’t want to swallow the powder on its own I recommend this, definitely makes it easier.
