Wanted a tea to help relieve stress related tension and help me sleep. This helped but if you’re not used to drinking herbal teas, it might seem weird. It’s definitely not a sweet or mild tea. It’s definitely a more savory herbal tea and I considered mixing it in chicken broth instead of sipping as a tea. I tried adding honey to sweeten it, but that didn’t help much. It definitely helped to ease stress related tension and anxiety, I’m just not a fan of the flavor.

Excellent product. The only thing I am not crazy about is the smell/taste of cilantro, although it doesn’t contain cilantro. I love cilantro but not in my teas.

This tea is mild-flavored and taste like celery to me. More importantly, it knocks me out! I sleep hard after I drink a cup of this at night.

Yes it does taste like celery, not in a bad way. I don’t mind the taste, you will feel yourself starting to get sleepy within 10 minutes of drinking –

My boyfriend has severe anxiety and is prone to panic attacks. When he starts to feel an attack coming on he has this tea and feels much better after about 30 minutes. Tastes great and effective.
