I bought this as my first tarot deck thinking that the added explanations on the card for regular and reversed would help; along with the zodiac and numerology on each card. I was disappointed with how small the imagery is, as well as how dark (color wise ) the artwork is. This makes it very hard to really see what’s going on in the imagery and symbolism (which, after watching many YouTube videos that compare to the RWS tarot, is very lacking. ). The makes using the cards for “intuition” readings impossible. Another downside is that the back of each card makes it very obvious which direction the card is facing. If you are only using upright cards then this shouldn’t be an issue. For me, I like the idea drama of surprise and letting the cards fall how they may without bias on my side.
Now for the positives. The artwork, although dark and small, is beautiful in its own “monochrome” way. Having the card meanings, numerology, and zodiac, etc makes it very useful to get a better overall understanding of your reading. I’m an AI Software Developer, so I heavily use AI for everything, and having all of the added information makes it easy for me to upload a picture of my spread and get a very comprehensive answer to the “Big Picture “.
The cards themselves are very durable and thick. I had to break them in a bit to get a good bridge shuffle. The gold gilded edges with “holographic” effect add a nice touch.
The guidebook “LWB” is helpful in its explanation of each card meaning, but has bad use of grammar in places (little stuff like “affect” vs “effect” or “…calls for patients” instead of “patience”. It’s not a big deal, but points to the attention to detail.
For the price, I think I was expecting more value for the money in the way of artistry and symbolism. It says it’s beginner friendly, but I found the over abundance of information a bit much to take in. I’ve since purchased a couple of other decks that are just the imagery of each card and will use AI and books to gain better understanding of spread interpretations. I’ll learn numerology and zodiac down the road, but as a beginner, it’s information overload.

This deck is great for beginners and experienced readers alike. The card stock is 400 GSM so it’s nice and thick. It’s gonna hold up overtime. The backs are not reversible as shown in my video however that doesn’t bother me whatsoever. The cards are beautiful. They are black and white with gold gilding on the side. The guild is very sturdy and will last the life of the deck in my opinion. The cards have upright meanings and reversal meanings as well as yes or no answers, the element of the cards, the astrological information of the cards, the timing of each card as well as the numerology/angel numbers if you’re into that. This deck has it all and I highly recommend it.
I’ve added pictures that I personally look for when I’m searching for a new deck. Although this deck is mostly black and white, you can see with the death card, the world card, and a few others, there is a smidgen of color such as red or purple, which adds a nice bit of spice to the deck.
Onto the guidebook, which is equally amazing. It starts off with the table of contents so you can find what you’re looking for immediately. The guidebook also contains information for numerology as well as astrology. Each card has its own page as well as a thumbnail so that you know which card you are reading for with the information included. It’s pretty much a tiny paperback book.
I also like to add that Customer Service is amazing with this company. They even have an extra card included in the deck that if you need to contact them, you can do so via email.
Again, I’ll say I highly recommend this deck.

These cards are beautiful and have all of the necessary information to learn about the card in the Tarot deck. However, because they contain so much information the print is kind of small. My old eyes require reading glasses to see them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone learning to read tarot cards.

There are no printing errors and the material is very durable, you really have to get in your way to damage them since they don’t bend at all.
Talking about the small book it comes with, it fullfill its purpose, but it has a LOT of information which I think is a good thing, specially for beginners.
My only small nitpick is that it doesn’t bring some form of bag or something besides the box (the box is a very hard but smooth cardboard, which is pretty cute by itself and it does protect the cards just fine, but a fancy little bag doesn’t sound like a bad thing imho).

Only 2 issues, I’ve come across that some of the cards in the guidebook are cut off mid sentence. The celtic cross layout needs a little research to understand how to read card 2. Otherwise lovely and definitely worth the money. The stain was from me not them in my picture

At first I didn’t want these cards cuz they were not as pretty as some of the others. But I got these because the meaning is explained on every card. So you don’t have to look up every card in a book…. Taking forever. All the info is there for you on the cards you pull. I really like that being a beginner makes it so much more enjoyable.

Ok, here is an honest review. I am one of those that doesn’t use the booklet. These cards are so much fun. I used them with my pendulum. I have to say they are spot on. Now, yes these are a great way for newbies to learn. However, they are also versatile enough for experts. I used them with my other cards. At first they just said the same thing as the other cards. After awhile they began adding or simplifying the reading. I was actually having a lot of fun with the astrology and numerology. I was really impressed with the yes, no, maybe part of the deck. I think I spent a few hours testing it. They are spot on.
I love the color of these cards as well as the sturdiness of them. They are priced perfectly for what these can do.

Like the deck. There are some errors in my deck, the Devil meaning is wrong. They have the meaning reversed. Upright has the reverse meaning and reverse has the upright meaning. Some cards also have the elements wrong. Other than that it’s a nice deck. Quality is good.
