   It’s still too soon to say if I notice a benefit from taking these but I have nothing negative to say say about them. I take a capsule twice a day. I don’t expect any miracle changes, but hope this does a body good. It’s a very simple and easy way to hopefully do a body some good.

   A simple and easy capsule to swallow with water, I take one in the morning and in the evening. Hopefully some nice natural and healthy ingredients that will have a nice overall effect on my body,.

   This listing for 60, 450mg capsules of Guggul is a really great value . My wife suffers from fibroids and finds this supplement to be one of the best. The product was well within date and safety sealed. The one critic I would have is that I prefer Ayuverdic preparations made in the form of compressed tablets, rather than the capsule form these come in.
