This is a really nice piece of costume jewelry that most people will not really be able to tell the difference.

Although it was listed as a birthstone pendant, I couldn’t actually find which stone was meant for which month. I chose the “ruby red,” but I wouldn’t really describe it as that color. The stone is very unique—it shifts depending on the light, sometimes looking more orange/yellow and other times more red/purple. The design really does resemble a rosette, which I love. It’s big enough to stand out as a statement piece without feeling gaudy. Overall, it’s absolutely stunning, but I would not call the color “ruby” in any sense of the word.

This is a beautiful necklace but I didn’t realize the main metal was brass. I wish the company had used high grade stainless steel instead of brass covered with 18k gold to this would be stronger and last longer. Especially at a $30 price tag (the price at the time of this review).

The necklace is beautiful and has a classy, timeless look. The rose-cut octagonal CZ sparkles nicely and catches the light in a way that makes it look more expensive than it is. The white gold plating gives it a polished, elegant finish, and it feels durable for everyday wear. The size of the pendant is just right, big enough and not too small to go unnoticed, but not overly flashy either. It makes a thoughtful gift option, I personally think it’s more for women not men
The color crystal comes across as versatile enough to wear casually or for special occasions.

Very pretty necklace, stone has great sparkle and a charming flower-like design within the stone. Length of the chain is generous and as described. Clasp was easy to operate and the necklace has a nice weight without being bulky or chunky. Great value for the piece.

This necklace comes with comprehensive packaging including an attractive gift bag and a high quality gift box. It includes a detailed ‘gem’ report and a web site to learn more. The stone is very large, bright and sparkly and looks like it should be more expensive.
The chain that is supplied is a good length and the clasp is easy to use.

As you can see, EDULEX offers a lot of value for the money. The 18K White Gold is Plated over brass for a pristine, durable finish. An 18K White Gold Plated adjustable chain necklace is included for wearing the pendant straight out of the box. More than anything else, the flawless lab created center stone (which can be paired with matching EDULEX earrings) delivers incredible clarity, color and fire when compared with natural stones at a fraction of the price. I like that.
