This product may be fine, but opening the tub was a nightmare! The tab broke in the first inch so I needed a box cutter to slice the hard plastic– yikes!

Great price for the amount

Flaxseeds are of 5 STARS by themselves as superfoods.
It is just that I get to save time to keep buying little by little.
The price is reasonable.
HEY! YOU got a bucket out of it….lol

Great for making 12″ x 20″ hot/cold pads. I added some fresh lavender buds with the flax so the pads can be warmed unlimited times to relieve sore muscles. Works like a charm!

They are good for adding to breakfast and baked goods too.
