I ordered this necklace for my grandson who is due October 22nd. I had purchase this necklace for my nephew he was having a hard time with teething it was like night and day put the necklace on him and he wasn’t crying or fussy. This is definitely a good purchase and worth the money. It wasn’t too small or too big my nephew was 5 month old and the necklace fit him. And the necklace can be for either a boy or girl .
