Honestly –
This is excellent turmeric. I just ate some and washed it down with water. I also ate it with other seasonings in black beans. It’s good in water too as turmeric tea.
It only gets four stars because I found organic turmeric for $7/pound locally which is about 30% cheaper, so I’ll have to buy it next time.
