This review went to the wrong supplement. The Bacopa is fine, easy to take.
The bad review was supposed to be on Acetyl-L-Carnitine, which tastes absolutely horrible. But i found if i mix it with my Ka’Chava powder in my coffee, the bad taste is pretty tolerable.

Quite a potent formula, with a tea-like, sweet flavor that of course, is alcohol (burn) free and provides a calming, zen-like mood that provides comfort. I bought another Brahmi product here on Amazon not realizing that it had alcohol in it but I came back and bought another bottle of this brand supplement because it proved worth and reliable on a stressful day and I needed a way to unwind. I would definitely recommend this for students and busy people on the go that need a little more daily balancing their mood and slightly elevated their energy and removing stress. Overall a great investment at a reasonable price.

Bacopa(brahmi)is suppose to be effective in reducing the greying of hair. This backpack is really strong tasting. Kind of like peppermint. I mix it with other oils to form an anti grey hair serum. Being using the past year , snd it seems to help slow down the progression some so far. Will keep going with it.

I have taken capsules prior to this liquid Bacopa. This is much better and seems to work better as well. The only issue I have is the dropper doesn’t fill evenly so have to knock air out of it to ensure proper quantity.
