Since I tend to have some minor sensory issues, I generally don’t like jewelry; however, this rule does not apply to earrings despite my sensitive and thicker earlobes. I often fall in love with pieces that aren’t too huge, but I am frequently mesmerized by statement earrings featuring peridot, leading me to imagine all the outfits these vibrant green teardrops would beautifully dress up, from these fuzzy socks inspired by Mike Wazowski to a sheer coverup that has elements of spring colored leaves.
In the majority of my reviews, products start out with five stars. I deduct stars for each characteristic that could be considered universally unfavorable. I’ve given this product five stars. Let me explain:
Pros:
– Captivating olive green cubic zirconia that provides a rich, sophisticated sparkle mimicking nature’s fresh foliage, and – for me – my olive green eyes.
– Elegant waterdrop design with a 5.2 cm length that gracefully elongates the neckline and accentuates facial features. Don’t be turned off by the length, my neck is a little on the short side and they don’t reach my shoulders.
– Another reason to not balk at the length: these are not earrings that will weigh you down.
– Exceptionally lightweight construction ensures all-day comfort, which is perfect for those with sensory sensitivities. I even wore them to bed by accident and forgot they were there!
– Hypoallergenic high-quality materials make these a safe and comfortable choice for even the most sensitive earlobes, or at least that’s what the description says. I couldn’t find the actual metal used but they didn’t irritate my sensitive ears.
– Durable handmade craftsmanship with carefully set stones designed to withstand daily wear while retaining their brilliant shine.
Cons:
– The 5.2 cm total length may be a bit long for those who exclusively prefer very small, minimalist studs. These are earrings are for those who are not ambivalent about whether they’re worth wearing or not.
Is it worth the price?
The fair market value of these handmade earrings is outstanding given the exquisite peridot-inspired color and the hypoallergenic durability. At this price point, the combination of elegant design and ultra-lightweight comfort makes them a worthwhile addition to any jewelry collection or a thoughtful birthstone gift.
