I was surprised at what a great looking book this turned out to be! Even though I love the outside cover the best stuff is inside. I’m only half way through it but throughly impressed with the easy reading and nice layout of this book. Definitely a must for new astrology beginners.

I haven’t finished it yet, infact I’m no where near but it covers from basics to in depth of chart reading etc and all the signs/houses etc. I fully recommend this for anyone wanted to start studying Astrology.

This book was highly recommended by Chris Brennan on his Astrology Podcast (definitely check it out on YouTube) and after looking through it and reading a few chapters, I have zero regrets! It is presented in a very clear, organized way that is not overwhelming
There are lots of very helpful, full-color charts and graphics which are again, really created with the beginner in mind. I know I will be getting much use and understanding from this excellent book. My only teeny-tiny gripe with the book itself (not the content), is while the cover art is okay and jumps out at you, the material or ink they used is rubbing off of the images on the cover. It can’t possibly be made to look like that intentionally! That’s the only disappointing aspect. Like I said though, I highly recommend this book though, especially for beginners.

Mostly one reviews a book on astrology in terms of its content and the author’s knowledge and approach to the subject. While all of that is exceptionally well crafted and presented in this volume, the design and the layout also hugely enhances its accessibility.
There is rich material here for the beginning astrologer. If you were a beginner and you worked through the book methodically you would emerge well-versed in the fundamentals of the art. One excellent feature of the book is the flexibility of its interpretations. In various ways the author explains that astrology is a symbolic system and therefore its meanings can work at different levels. The interpretive notes are laid out in such a way to show and encourage flexibility and adaptability.
The book lays out basics about planets, signs and houses, but also touches upon aspects, nodes and transits. It then gives examples of practical applications in different departments of life.
The book is more than an introduction. There is a depth of expertise in the writing, and an impressive concision in the presentation that also make it a useful reference for those with some astrological experience. The book is simply splendid!

WOW this book goes over the top. It is a fascinating deep dive into Astrology. I have read a lotta astrology books, and this is one of the most comprehensive and thoughtfully organized guides I’ve come across. It goes beyond just defining the Zodiac signs and really digs into the origins and key principles and how those ideas have evolved over time. I love how clearly it explains birth charts, not just what each component means, but how the planets, signs, and houses work together. The writing is detailed but not overwhelming. I found myself bookmarking sections to revisit later. If you want something that goes beyond surface-level horoscopes and really explores the foundations and symbolism and how you can actually apply astrology to everyday life, this is a really solid choice. It’s definitely a book I’ll be keeping on my shelf for years

Very pretty cover with metallic accents. Goes pretty in depth of each topic and goes in order breaking down by sections within the section as well starting with the story of astrology. Has beautiful plot choices for the sections and each page sorta has the same format making it easy to follow. Each section also has its own format of page which I thought was a cool little detail as well. I’ve only done e a little but this book is pretty informative and helpful. Find it to be a good beginners book.
