The ashwagandha root comes in a sealed plastic bag placed in the resealable paper bag. The root is cut into small pieces, convenient for using it as a tea. Ashwagandha root provides a calming, stress-relieving effect. I take it as a tea in a combination with other herbs. Most often I mix ashwagandha root with dried chamomile flower and ginger root or tulsi. I steep a tablespoon or two of the mix in some hot water for about 10 minutes and enjoy this tea after the dinner.

This Ashwagandha dried root is very fresh and good quality. I like to use this as an herbal tea mixed with other herbal teas. When I don’t have time to prepare the Ashwagandha tea, I make a tincture which you can easily make with this dried Ashwagandha root.
This is a very good value for the amount that you receive.
