As we age our natural enzyme production decreases. I had thick painful scar tissue that had become a serious issue. An anterior scar from neck surgery had slowly developed thick, inner-scar-tissue that caused choking while eating/drinking & eventually was choking on my own saliva. Was painful. I began using another, less potent, product in intermittent courses but it stopped being very effective so decided to get this more potent formula. It’s only the 2nd day of use but was concerned it may cause stomach burning or nausea. MUST be taken on empty stomach or it won’t work. It doesn’t cause significant stomach problems! I believe it will be effective.
UPDATE 11/28/25 I’ll buy this product for a lifetime. It is excellent.

I have tried blood thinners and they were impossible to balance. I have PVT and hate blood thinners and risk associated with them. This is by far the best remedy I’ve found to remove and prevent blood clots from occurring – period. I am tall , 67 yrs old and take 3-4 capsules on empty stomach day and night. I had a blood clot from the top of my leg to my heel that was scary. Determined not to miss my trip to Cancun, I searched everything I could find on the internet about natural remedies. I found many but the main long term solutions was Neprinol. I took this 3 X a day at first along with other natural remedies and within 3 wks the blood clot that literally was 3 ft long gradually disappeared. I made that trip to Cancun with no problems. Since I turned 50 yrs old I have had blood clotting problems PVTS – but not any more. Docs won’t tell you about this Natural fiber enzyme remedy…and, in fact, so far, none of the Docs I have mentioned this to have heard of it. They write the name down, but they like to prescribe drugs sadly. In my book….this is absolutely a miracle cure. If you have blood clots or PVT – don’t hesitate- try this. I ran out once and started to get a clot…Immediately reordered and boom…3 days clot gone. It is really expensive and my insurance doesn’t pay for this – darn it. I wish there was something as good that was less expensive. I wish I had taken a pic of the 3 ft. long blood clot. Wow…what a miracle.

This supplement is incredible. It was recommended to me by AI (Grok) given my health issues, and I am eternally grateful. Based on my health history, I decided to take the maximum dose for 8 weeks. Currently in the 3rd week, entering 4th. Naturally, when starting a new supplement you do a cost/benefit analysis on the constituent components. There are roughly 5 bottles of separate supplements in this, although I will not list them, the cost of storing one bottle over 5 is well earned.
Next for the efficacy of this product it is nothing short of a miracle what this actually does in your body. I had tried other fibrin dissolving supplements before but was always left lacking. This more than makes up the difference in the first week alone at the 6 per day mark.
This is currently paired with a Pauling Protocol stack as well as 2000IU of Unique E Gamma Tocopherol. The effects after one week are fantastic and I can already feel my chest pressure decreased over time.
The cost may be prohibitive from first glance, but it is quickly made up for in the action of effect.

people dont understand the reason for enzymes, that is because most doctors don’t know and can’t explain. Simply, as we get older our bodies work less efficiently, especially with the horrible food choices we make and the constant stress we are under these days. As result, our bodies will try to create a internal balance, with that we are clueless of the struggles going internally. One of the side effects is inflammation, such as in bowels, which can lead to constipation or diarrhea, yuck. they say, over time untreated inflammation turns chronic. Taking enzymes over time helps with reduction of inflammation in the body,helping the body achieve a more successful internal balance. Remember the word going round is that chronic inflammation can lead to cancer. I don’t know if that is true, but most of us are trying to avoid cancer if possible. I have been taking another brand for years, which i loved, however I found Neprinol and was curious and purchased it on sale of course! I take big doses because there is nothing harmful in this product. I look for this product on sale and can usually find a somewhat decent price, I wish the product came with more than 300 capsules because everyone is different and doses can vary for each individual. While I know this product may be out of some people’s price range,the fact that it is a bigger bottle is helpful and some enzymes are better than no enzymes, so please give it a try.
