I find obsidian to be a beautiful stone so I was quite happy to get this lovely Annie Wu bracelet made from polished beads of natural obsidian. The bracelet, with its uniform round black beads, is a versatile piece that can go with many outfits.
The box it comes in is suitable for gifting. The front panels are magnetic and open outwards to reveal the bracelet suspended in plastic in the centre. The box is not only nice looking but it also works to protect the bracelet from any damage.
The obsidian beads are a deep black, with silvery threads running through them. They look amazing up close. The silver in the perfectly smooth polished beads provides a depth enhancing the black stone. The beads are all perfectly uniform and polished to a mirror finish. The thread holding the beads together has just enough elasticity to allow you to get the bracelet over your hand but is thick enough to feel very secure and like it will hold and remain tight for a long time.
I personally don’t believe in the healing powers of crystals, but for someone who does, this bracelet would make an even nicer gift. As it is, I just love how it looks and feels on my wrist. The price is very reasonable for a good quality piece such as this and I would highly recommend it.

I really like this obsidian bracelet. I have small wrist and it does for me a little bit big but it still looks great. I like that it has bigger beads and the appearance looks nice. This shiny of it looks great. Even though the beads are bigger, it doesn’t feel too heavy. It came packed nicely in a nice box and the quality seems great. I also like that it can fit for men or women. I had to decide if I wanted to keep it or give it to someone else, but I’m glad I decided to keep it.

パワーストーン系のブレスレットは見た目だけ立派で、しばらく使ったらゴムが伸びたり切れたりすることもあるので、その辺は少し気にしていた。
実際に手に取った第一印象としては、思ったより紐が固め。
「伸縮自在」と書いてある割にはそこまでフニャフニャした感じではない。
ただ、よく見ると使われているゴムや作りはかなり頑丈そうで、むしろ安心感がある。
無理やり引っ張るのはおすすめせえへんけど、普通に使う分には簡単に弾け飛びそうな雰囲気はない。毎日身につけるアクセサリーとしては、このくらいしっかりしている方が好感が持てる。
そして主役のオブシディアン。
石の艶や質感がなかなか綺麗で、安っぽいプラスチック玉を並べたような感じはしない。
素人なので鉱物の価値を語れるほど詳しくはないけど、「ちゃんと選ばれた石を使ってるんやろな」という印象は受けた。
光の当たり方で見える深い黒色もなかなか格好良く、男女問わず使いやすいデザインやと思う。
保護やヒーリングの意味合いで購入する人も多いと思うけど、こういうものは結局、自分が気に入って身につけたくなるかどうかが大事や。
その点では十分「なんか御利益ありそうやな」と思わせてくれる雰囲気がある。
価格については正直、この手のブレスレットとしては少し高めに感じる人もおるかもしれん。
ただ実際の作りや石の見た目を見る限り、「安物を大量生産しました」という感じではないので、それなりに納得感はある。
総合的には、頑丈そうな作りと質の良いオブシディアンが魅力のブレスレットやった。
パワーストーンとしてもアクセサリーとしても使いやすいし、安さだけを求める人には向かんかもしれんけど、品質重視なら十分選ぶ価値はあると思う。
少なくとも、自分の厄より先にブレスレットのゴムが負ける心配はあまりしなくてよさそうである。

This is a beautifully packaged obsidian bracelet. He has a very high luster as you can see the silver aspects of the beads while through the dark color obsidian. Sometimes when you get an obsidian bracelet, not all of the beads has shimmers in it. Every bead of this bracelet has some type of shimmer to it, which is wonderful in terms of quality. I like that the bracelet is made with elastic that is strong and it is doubled on the beads. It has a really nice quality due to the luster and due to the strong elastic the bracelet is made out of. It is very comfortable on and it fits perfectly in terms of the size. I also really like the packaging as it is very stylized and beautiful. This bracelet would make a perfect gift for someone who really likes crystals and crystal jewelry. A great quality bracelet that is worth the price. I recommend!

I’m impressed with this bracelet, as well as it’s presentation. So often products come in a less than eye pleasing package. Earrings in a tiny zip lock bag, clothing vacuum packed to the point of unrecognizability. There are times I appreciate this, but other times I do wonder if the item is of much cheaper quality than expected. (I don’t need a big production, nor do I want a ton of packaging.) Anyway, very well presented – and when I removed the bracelet, I appreciated the heft and coolness of the beads. The silver sheen obsidian has a nice otherworldly feel to it that you see in a few different rocks – tiger eye, labrodorite, to name a few – that makes this bracelet feel… different. Almost gives it a meditative feel. Anything that catches my attention on something here and now, reminds me of how distracted and distant I can be at times.
I always wonder if a product I’ve ordered will be “real” – not glass, plastic, etc. While I’m sure it’s quite possible to create this effect in glass, I believe this to be what it claims to be given the way the stones look different as you rotate and move them. The irridesence is what I’d expect.
The elasticity of the bracelet is good, for my hand and wrist. Expands as it goes over my hand, not too easily that I worry about it coming off, but far from difficult. Just the right amount of give. The sizing gives this some room to move on my wrist, but not very far. I’m happy with the (medium) sizing. My wrist is approx 6.25″ in diameter. I did get a few arm hairs pulled by the bracelet (thanks both sides of the family! ), but that’s not unusual for a beaded bracelet and disappears quickly.
All in all, happy with the look, sized, feel, presentation. This bracelet is a win for me.

Great looking stones. The bracelet looks nice. It really does have a nice silver sheen which almost looks like a ray of light shining through the black depths of the stone. And it creates a constant movement or effect that changes as you adjust your viewing angle. So the more you move or shift, the more play the light effect has. It’s really quite neat – and very nice looking. Unfortunately, they opted to use a band that is not stretchy or elastic in the way that most of these types of beaded bracelets are. So it’s very tight and not really going to adjust much. I have smaller wrists and still found it too tight & uncomfortable. It would have really been nice if they used a stretchy band that can adjust like… virtually all of these kinds of bracelets do. This was disappointing as I won’t be able to wear it personally, though this is a very subjective experience. Your mileage may vary. As far as looks though, it’s great. I will most likely be snipping the band and reusing the beads with my own band so that I have a comfortable fit.

– It fits too tight, and the band isn’t stretchy elastic like most bracelets of this sort. It’s got no stretch or give to it, so you are limited to the size it is set to. Even with my small wrists, it’s uncomfortably tight.

Very pretty chunky obsidian beaded bracelet. The black colored beads appear to change colors when they hit the light. It’s slightly bigger on my wrist than I prefer. I have thin wrists and prefer my bracelets to be tighter and not slide around on my wrists, this one only slides a little. It comes in two boxes, which is great for gifting! One has a unique way of opening, then the inside box is plastic and not really enjoyable to me, I’d prefer just the outer cardboard box. The price of around $19 when I got it feels a bit high in my opinion, but it is a lovely bracelet.

This is a decent bracelet. It was packaged nicely and I liked the design of the box – it’s great for gift giving.
I really like the overall quality of the bracelet. It feels well made and has a nice weight. It doesn’t stretch much but thankfully I’m able to roll it over my hand. Then it fits perfectly around my wrist!
It feels like a unisex design and I’m very happy with how it looks on me!
My one issue is that most of the beads are simply black. Only a couple of beads have any silver in them, which is only visible from the right angles.
Overall, this seems a little pricey for a bracelet made with beads that don’t even showcase the main selling point of the minerals. That said, this would make a great gift.
