These mushrooms are beautiful, they tasted so good we wished we had more. They made the easy of the dish easier, if that is possible……Shelf life bested the ones bought at the local market. We loved this product and will be repeat purchasers.

Don’t think that you are going to receive mushroom slices the size of the ones pictured, but you will get a few and a lot of pieces … which is absolutely fine with me as they are all nice and firm and pack a great flavor. I use the smaller pieces in my salads and gravies; and the two-bite slices I use for dipping in bleu cheese dressing as a snack.
I highly recommend these mushrooms and will continue buying them … especially since they are so reasonably priced.

I usually buy whole mushrooms, but recently fractured my right wrist so handling a sharp knife isn’t a good idea right now. 😹 Very happy that Amazon has these sliced white mushrooms! They were reasonably priced, large, fresh and tasted wonderful just sauteed in avocado oil. 😻 Yummy! I’ll be buying more soon.

These are great when they’re fresh, but if they’re towards the end of their sell-by date, they can arrive a little dark. Still, I’ve had mostly good luck with them and usually plan on using them within 2 days or so, otherwise they will start to show their age. If you want longer-lasting mushrooms get the whole ones, not sliced.
