I was concerned at first as in Appearance it was black, not amber colored.
I looked to find out how to test it.
-No mater the size it should float. Yes!
-THERE are Balkan black amber. But no such color on the Amazon site.
-it should glow green under a black light. Yes!
-effectiveness depends on the correct activation! I believe it was affective. I did not get for healing and did not activate it for healing, but my experience with amber healing is that activation is not require.
The value was very good. I want to buy it again! Maybe I will get a blue one.

I hope this is amber. It’s very dark, so not sure if it’s real. Was expecting orange/honey color as pictured.

None of the stones that I have bought look at all like the pictures. I even bought this one twice thinking that I had clicked on the wrong one. But I was still disappointed when I got it it is white not amber. It looks nothing like the stone that they show in the picture.
They show a picture of a very pretty stone. But I can go outside where I live & find rocks like the ones that I have gotten. Some of the rocks outside my home are prettier than these.
