As with many supplements, it’s difficult to tell whether or not they are effective, I can’t say that this one has changed my life or that there is a huge improvement in my mobility/vitality/vigor, but what I can say is that I’m not feeling any worse than before, even though this winter and incessant rain is enough to discourage most. The company seems to truly care about your satisfaction and that means a lot.

Honestly I just order what I think are the best products I can afford and convince myself they are helping in the ways they should. Not that I expect a miracle but I would like to notice something. So yesterday I opened a cabinet and something fell off the top shelf and I prepared myself for the quick pain I’ll feel when I go to put it back then I realized there was absolutely none!! Zero. I keep lifting my arm up..all the way now! to see if it’s still true. Crazy! I’ve had bursitis for years and until there’s a flare up I just accept the pain every single day. This is great. I can’t get over it…finally!
