First, I love sea glass jewelry. I live in Hawai’i so see a lot of this type of jewelry. What caught my interest with this necklace is the style of this necklace (size of the glass, cordage). Also, the name Pepeluali is the Hawaiian way of saying February. I was unable to determine if this company is located in Hawai’i. There are artists worldwide who make sea glass jewelry though, so although I always shop local first, sometimes I shop globally.
The cobalt blue glass is vibrant and clear so it catches the light beautifully. The glass pieces are also a good size, without being too small or overly large. I may be ordering a similar necklace in cornflower blue as a gift.
I like the cordage as it is easily adjustable. It is also braided so much stronger than single strand cords.
A big surprise is the great packaging. I always appreciate the extra details in presentation. The necklace is packed in a sturdy box sealed with an embossed tab that looks like handmade paper, that thanks me for the purchase along with Best Wishes for A Happy Day.
The necklace is inside a plastic box with shrink wrap top and bottom, a cool way to protect the jewelry. I may use this in a future gift. Recycle through reuse.
Also in the box is a soft pouch for storing the necklace, that would be good for gifting. There’s an exuberant Thank You card, and a coaster size card with two art pieces on it – front and back. I may laminate or resin this card to add to my eclectic coaster collection.
I am happy with this jewelry and love the packaging.

The packaging and necklace are beautiful. There was a leather pouch included to store the necklace in when it’s not being worn. I purchased the necklace as a birthday gift for my mom, however, it’s so beautiful I want to order more jewelry for myself!
