I need to get some more of these, when I was using them I definitely noticed that it was easier to focus and handle stress. I definitely recommend. Ginkgo has been studied to increase blood flow to the brain.

I bought this because I read ginkgo can promote better dreams. While it has not really done that just yet, I did notice 2 other positive side effects though. It sorta made me feel like I had taken the benzodiazepam called adivan! It soothed my nerves throughout my entire body like I had taken a benzo bath. It also felt similar to propranolol relieving chest tightness. After doing some google research, this effect must be happening because ginkgo opens up the blood vessels, allowing more oxygen. That brings me to the other side effect I noticed. While trying to go to bed one night, my uhh male part would not seem to go down for a bit loo that’s a good problem to have that I will not complain about. Men, if you happen to need a boost, here you go.
My only concern, is the dose. Google articles suggest a daily dose is around 250mg. Two capsules here is 900mg.

I have tried a few more expensive memory Supplements,, this bingo biloba, is working.. I used to forget things,with this I may forget for abit,then the thought will return to me.. It was so embarrassing I’d be talking with a friend and in the middle of the conversation would forget what I wanted to say.. With this that doesn’t happen. I would recommend this

There’s no off taste and they’re easy to swallow I’m not sure that I can tell any difference in memory or cognitive ability because I think that’s more of a long-term thing but I’m definitely going to order them again and keep taking them because they’re reasonably priced and I have nothing to lose so I would recommend them
