I ordered the small teardrop and it’s beautiful. I have 14K earrings with citrine and side-by-side you can’t tell the difference.

Necklace was nice, but stone did not look good on me as it was oversized. When I tried to replace they had to “approve” my return and when I got the packing info the buyer pays the postage. There is also a 25% restocking fee for customized jewelry. That applies to anything you choose since which size stone you pick and what necklace type is considered customization. Would return and buy smaller version, but their policies did not sit well with me so will submit this and be a disgruntled customer.
