It topics are oracle cards, psychometry ( witch is channeling the energy of the object to receive messages, & one of my favourites automatic writing.

Thie beginning of the book starts with all the beginning stuff on developing your clairsenses, meeting your spirit guides & guardian Angel, Arc angels etc.

What I enjoyed most about this book is how it starts off super basic and then builds up to more advanced techniques. She breaks down the concepts for you in a very practical manner where you can try out the methods yourself. I enjoyed how she goes into details about what type of sensations she feels and describes what is going on when one is channeling. It has other valuable information too like the basic information about your energy system—your chakras and what they pertain to in terms of Clair senses. This is the very first book I ever purchased written by Amy Sikarskie and I’m loving it. Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy this book and I feel that it was well written. I just feel like this is basic information that can be collected free on the internet. Overall, I am glad I read it because it was nice to have all of the information in one place without needing to spend time on research. I would recommend this to you if you have no knowledge on channeling whatsoever and want to learn more about it. If you’re already somewhat knowledgeable on the topic, not sure I would recommend personally. Just my opinion.
