This is really nice. I have an electric stove so I really don’t know exactly what the temperature is of the water. But even when I pour it in there you heard no popping. No breaking no crystalline over. I just think it’s a really good product and I’m so appreciative. You can see what’s going on while it’s steeping and you can use raw tea in it. However, if it’s too small, it will leak out through the hose into the main glass so you do have to be careful with that. But the heat resistance is great and the overall performance is great and easy to clean

I loved this! It is the perfect cup for tea time. I used it for the first time Sunday. Idk if it’s meant to sit in hot water bc the part that holds to tea has cracked. I thought I had found my forever cup. Returning will search for something else.

The product picture shows a large strainer that goes almost to the bottom of the glass. The strainer in the actual product does not go anywhere near the bottom. This restricts the space for tea leaves to expand and steep. And if you want to make just one cup of tea, the water level barely reaches the bottom of the strainer so it doesn’t work at all. Also the handle is completely different shape in the real cup it circular not comfortable at all and you can see the attach point of the handle is so weak bad quality glass overall, I don’t know whats all the positive reviews about. Sellers, please stop it with your photoshopped and AI pictures and show the real product.

Excellent quality, appearance and functionality. Not flimsy at all (as claimed in some reviews) and came in perfect packaging and timing. The only minor problem is that smaller particles get through the infuser slots and into the tea, which means the product is best used for larger leaves.
