   Nuumite is a very important protective stone. I try to always remember to carry one of these in my pocket.

   I also do Karuna Reiki sessions, chanting and Karuna Reiki Prayers.

   It is needed during these days.

   I also use these Karuna stones in stone mandala layouts. As I create, it is infused with prayer energy, then I take a picture and send out to the universe.
