I’m not a jewelry guy, nor have I ever been a wholistic healing person, but I like the bracelet. I can’t say that I have felt any pan relief since wearing it the past few weeks, but I like the way it looks. It’s not too flashy which I like. I could do without the ring. It’s not comfortable or classy, what you get what you pay for. All tools to change the size are included with directions, and it’s easy to do.

This, IF, it is real copper, has some coating on it. It does nothing for pain or aches as advertised.
Real copper would turn your skin green after some wearing. This does nothing. Useless and a waste of money.
It’s good looking though 🤷♀️
