The quality of the item is nice. I personally found the 8mm beads to be a bit large for my wrists and found they dug into my wrist while typing. That’s a personal preference and no reflection on the product. However if you have small, honey wrists, I’d recommend the smaller beads, they’re much more comfortable.

It started threading apart a week after I got it. Never had that happen before and I wear these types of bracelets daily. Poor quality and I would not recommend it.
