This is a surprisingly large volume of dried St. Johns Wort. The bag is a mix of leaves and stems, but it is mostly leaves and the stems are small diameter. I am very pleased with this and will use it in my office after I stop drinking coffee for the day. The smell of the bag is lovely, sweet and earthy, the classic St John’s Wort smell.
