Used couple of brands before but this one seems to have the greatest effect on me like a magic pill

I infused some sunflower oil with this powder for homemade lotion and it is delightful. It smells fresh and rich, kind of like raisins, just as it should.

I used this in a paste for freckled skin and the next time I had to be in the yard, my neighbor commented ON MY TAN! Not freckles! Not sunburn, though I got one and it didn’t hurt a bit!

I use it at night as a bed time tea with honey and I have the best relaxing sleep

Great value for the price. I like how this herb makes me feel when I am mental tired and feeling like my legs want to give out from under me. I make capsules with this and take this every day (one large capsule each morning and evening).
Venus Barrett –
This has been effective in keeping my skin clear. I mix it in with my mud mask and it works.

I’m still “deciding” if it works for me for concentration related to ADD, and I think that’s going to be a long-term experiment. I think the taste is pleasant in both a morning cappuccino (I use oat milk) and a little bit more medicinal taste, but still not unpleasant. As I’ve read more about the benefits I think this is an herb I would continue to take and not just for ADHD.
