I will definitely be ordering more of these bags from this brand when needed.
I have used other brands and while they are functional this style was not only functional, the perfect size but the drawstring actually closes and the cheesecloth “mesh” is the exact texture it should be.
I’ve used these bags for spices while canning this week and the bag rewashed and is able to be reused.
I also decided to try one out with farmers cheese. It was a small batch and the mesh allowed the whey to drain exactly as it should and I could squeeze on the bag while the actual curds stayed inside.
I had actually taken a video of the curds in the bag and the camera wasn’t filming 🤦♀️
But it worked great and the finished product tasted great.
So many uses for these from cooking, canning to placing spices in my homemade apple cider.
Quality made, they work great and an insane value! I’m actually buying more because the price is just so good.
