Cheryl Nelson –
Easy to explain to teenagers, not too complicated or confusing
JuJu GG –
There are durable and colorful, laminated charts. I hang them inside a cabinet for reference to help me eat better and choose foods that have low inflammation properties. Yes, I could check my phone, and look it up, but this is just fast and easy.
k kalee –
Quick guides on what to eat. Easy to read and understand.
Colleen –
Simple break down of anti inflammatory diet.
JeepnJen –
These are NOT a very good anti-inflammatory charts. Corn, grains, and tomatoes are known inflammatories and these charts have them listed as safe foods. NOT sure who this would be good for. I do NOT recommend and the information is not for people with autoimmune or looking for AIP info. LOOK ELSEWHERE
MP –
I bought this for my dad who has multiple health issues. My brother who does the meal prep for him found it extremely useful. It’s not a solution but it shows what he should be eating.
MJoBowl –

they also have great meal suggestions.
Amanda L Kinsey –
Love these and I love the fact that they’re also laminated as well. I can keep them on my island in my kitchen and I don’t have to worry about spilling anything on them. They break everything down and put it easy to reference bullet points.
Amazon Customer –
I really like how the chart breaks down what foods work and don’t work for your Mediterranean diet.
Lynda Johnson Gemme –
These were very helpful for my elderly mother who was recently diagnosed with diabetes.
Emma –
The food list & meal planner are very helpful. They are laminated and that is a big plus!! The menus offer lots of options but some are too complex.
Janice –
These come in handy! I put these on my fridge so I don’t have to Google everything

Jerry Bryant –
very informative and easy to read. its heavy duty and durable. well worth the money.
Barbara Bidwell –
I felt I needed easy to access reminders while prepping renal friendly meals. These laminated charts are colorful & easy to read.
My plan was to place them on kitchen cupboard doors, but they’re printed on both sides. Not every chart is needed at all times, so posting works to an extent. These can be assembled in a binder for easy reference. They’re not a substitute for a dietitian’s guidance, but they’re helpful reminders for grocery lists,
and food limitations.

Helpful information for new as well as older diabetics.
