I bought this to avoid a GLP one shot. Not my cup of tea so looked for alternatives in hopes it works. I’ve been using this for four days now so not long and so far I have to say it has meet my expectations. I drink it with my coffee. I am definitely not as hungry as I usually am and my cravings are almost 0. I have a major sweet tooth. I don’t eat full meals, nor am I as hungry I usually am. I have actually had to force myself to eat something just to have something.
I have not noticed any difference in inflammation. It might need more time.
As I take this with my coffee it is easy to swallow and there is absolutely no taste.
When I received this the smell of this was very strong. I could smell it out of the box and the packaging from Amazon. I am not at all a berry flavored person for anything so I was actually very hesitant on this.
The dropper can be a pain when trying to release all the fluid , those droppers it is expected though, but it’s nothing to stress over.
I haven’t noticed any side effects, I don’t take any medication or anything that would change the effectiveness of this. I will keep purchasing this until I am told otherwise or something drastically changes with it or decide to just be done.
I will come back after a full month of using this for full set of results for weight loss if this is why others are interested in this product.

I was using “LPETWALK” Berberine & VERY HAPPY with it, but Amazon cut it, for some reason!… I loved that one… really turned off my appetite. More like a thin Tincture.
This product is REALLY THICK. I added some lemon juice to thin it a bit & make it taste a little better….We’ll see.

This is a really good product. The taste is good. I have had my daughter on it for almost 3 months and she has been able to bring her sugar down dramatically. She has had to change her eating habits, but it has made a huge difference. I also was on it until recently when I switched to another brand that offered a supplement this one doesn’t have. I was impressed with how much better I felt. I seem to be level throughout the day as far as general wellness I will continue to be purchasing these for her.

Not very impressed I’ve had it for 3 days and right off it is so sweet it’s hard to think of this as a dietary supplement. I don’t taste the cinnamon I don’t taste the black pepper I don’t taste the cayenne pepper I don’t taste the vinegar that is supposedly in this. It’s it’s really strange after reading all the mixed reviews especially some that say it tastes so nasty and to come upon my bottle that says it tastes so sweet what are we supposed to think about this inconsistency. I found no third party testing no lot number on the bottle with which to confer with the manufacturer about no expiration date no date of manufacture. These things should be on the bottle it really makes me question the validity of this and if someone’s not just mixing up sugar mix with a hint of bitters. I bought this to help with bloating, and now the little dropper thing is not working right you can’t get it to fill up to the 1 ml line so I take three of the dropper things to the highest point that I can get it filled up and if this was a legitimate product which I highly suspect I would think you would need a higher dosage. Overall this thing isn’t bitter enough it’s way too sweet for me to believe that these are natural products, where’s the flavors of the other products that are in this???? I just saw how someone else’s picture has a lot number in it what went wrong with mine and then I noticed how it says country of origin China but other place on the label it says address is Denver Colorado???
