As I am a beginner to Reiki I was pleased that the author starts out with the basics. If you are already familiar you probably could just skim the first few pages or use them as a review. I always thought of Reiki in terms of whole body healing as opposed to very specific ailments. I was very surprised and pleased to see the section on specific issues both physical and emotional. If you are interested in delving into the practice of Reiki I would definitely recommend adding this to your library.

To say that this book is a work of art would be an understatement. I’ve been called to this practice for quite some time but have never quite felt that I understood the ins and outs of all of the different ways that reiki can be applied until I came across this beautifully illustrated book. Hae Lee breaks down reiki into digestible concepts that meet the reader where they are at in their reiki journey. I feel wiser and more prepared for my future attunement having read it, I’ve given this book as gifts to friends who feel similarly called to this healing modality, and I highly recommend it to anyone out there that is looking to learn or expand their knowledge of what reiki can actually help heal.

I like this book. Easy and simple. Illustrations are great and easy to follow. Gives you a little information about Reiki and shows lots hand movements for the use of Reiki. It a great supplement to add to my Reiki library.
